| Bio: | What about me, ok, I have a little boy a husband and I work full time. I suffer from depression, mild social anxiety disorder and self harm. I love Country music, particularly Keith Urban and Martina McBride. I'm addicted to the three CSI series, Stargate, Without a Trace, NCIS and Torchwood. I read and write slash fiction and like making icons mainly of all the pretty guys on my favourite TV series. I read loads and loads, pretty much anything but mainly horror and crime fiction, so my main interests after my son would probably be music and books.

Ma'at, Goddess of Truth, Balance, Order...
Ma'at, was more of a concept than an actual goddess. Her name, literally, meant 'truth' in Egyptian. She was truth, order, balance and justice personified. She was harmony, she was what was right, she was what things should be. It was thought that if Ma'at didn't exist, the universe would become chaos, once again! The Egyptian believed that the universe was above everything else an ordered and rational place. It functioned with predictability and regularity. Both morally and physically, the universe was in perfect balance. How can the universe be "ethical or moral, right or wrong"? It simply is. That is Ma'at.
